Dean is a co-founder and the driving force behind acquisitions at the company. As Acquisitions Specialist, he takes the wheel in locating, analyzing, negotiating, and processing the purchase of commercial real estate properties. Dean specializes in pursuing opportunities that meet the company's specific criteria for returns, cash flow, and equity gains, ensuring each deal aligns with investors' goals.
Building strong relationships with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and partners is a cornerstone of Dean's approach, allowing him to deliver quality and consistency throughout every transaction. When properties go full cycle, he seamlessly transitions to lead the disposition of each asset, ensuring successful exits for all stakeholders.
Before diving into real estate, Dean built a solid foundation as both an automotive mechanic and a network engineer, honing his problem-solving skills and attention to detail—qualities he brings to every deal.
When he's not fine-tuning deals, Dean can be found fine-tuning cars and trucks in his garage—a passion that reflects his eye for detail and appreciation for precision.
